France loves its saints' days and Friday, May 16 is Saint Honoré – the patron saint of bakers. We're marking the occasion by taking a closer look at bakers, bakeries and bread here in France, with baker Julien Cantenot, the founder of Atelier P1. He tells us all about his use of sourdough.
