Around 21% populations selected for sample but 15000 employees selected randomly not as like first 15000 or any sequences of employees only selected by the researchers. One primary reason behind this selection for research is the taking interview of all the total bank employees is difficult because of budget limitation. Taking sample of small group is easy to get accurate, efficient, sufficient outcome from the research.

Moreover, total 100 percent population and we selected only 21 percent is a standardize sample.

Furthermore, there are some issues for interviewing of large population. Therefore, because restriction of budget only 21 per cent people selected for research. If we select large number of population for any research we get biased result. It is not possible to conduct interview of the large size of sample. That is why 15000 bank employees select from 63 banks. Moreover, we need to select small size of people for unbiased result. The selecting of finite sample size is the best way to get accurate, reliable result (Birnbaum, Z.

M., 1952).

Furthermore, one another necessary reason is that for increasing precision of the result it is good to have representativeness of the sample size. If the sample is large, it is shows more inaccuracy in the result. In this research the main thing is the job security of the employees of the various banks as well as job security if differs with different person. The researchers selected roughly 21 percent sample size because they want to be more accurate as well as impeccable result from their testcase.

In this research process of collecting review results from 63 banks the simple random sampling method is useful and effective. The random sampling is ascertained by randomly selection of bank employees from every bank. There were not any specific criteria for selection of employees for example age, gender, position level in job, area of living, and many more. There are some merits and demerits of the simple random sampling method. First of all, talking about advantages of the simple random sampling method. The simple random sampling method is the fastest method for the study (Vitter, Jeffrey, 1984). Following are the some benefits of the simple random sampling method. Firstly, this method is free from prejudice and partiality between people. Secondly, it is simple to use there is no need for any specific or particular knowledge for using this method. Moreover, from this method we can easily access the any errors in the method. Furthermore, with the use of this result we get faultless explanation as well as outcome of the study. Researchers have an opportunities for collecting lower error data from the study.

Now, talking about disadvantages of the simple random sampling method. In this method, any sample may have a chance to be select twice. The one big disadvantage of this method is that lack of knowledge and not to use correlated knowledge of the study because it requires high level of knowledge for research. If the units or samples are in large quantity this method is not useful. Sometimes, the result will be biases as because one sample opinion may be affected to the result of the other sample. Furthermore, the result of this research depends on the qualitative knowledge of the researcher. For example, if the researcher have not require knowledge, experience, or new in field it may have a chance of erroneous result. Sometimes, for some result large sample size is a basic condition then after this method is not suitable. This method is time consuming.
