It took me twentyone years to realize what an extraordinary influence my mother has been on my life. Growing up with such a strong role model, I developed many of her characteristics. One of them being independence. Having me at a young age with a lack of support from my father, my mother still made sure I had the needed necessities as well always catering to my wants without any help.

That there taught me to depend on myself and handle business without the dependency of someone else, you know stand on your own. That is one of the most critical lessons she taught me. Everything that my mom has ever done for me has been overshadowed by the thought behind it. In conclusion, while the raw experiences we encountered daily were a bit of a struggle, I have learned to truly value them by watching my mom.
