The current monitoring system used by the Hortaleza Salon is manually done. According to the Salons’ Branch Manager, the current system used to monitor their services is working well and their employees are fine and used to it while they are having problem with the selling of the Salons own products. In every branch of Hortaleza Salon their salon itself is where they sell the products therefore it is also their store. This makes it hard for both the employees and the customers.

For the customers, for they have to wait for almost an hour to purchase their order. He has to input all the data of the product purchased by the customer in excel and journals. In order to solve the problem, the researchers came up with idea of creating a program which will make the job of the clerk and all the people involved in the system easier. The software created for the purpose is user friendly which can be accessed by the clerk, owner and customers anytime.

It can help the customer look up its purchased products, and let the clerk add new products with ease. It also manages the orders of the customer. The researchers used PHP Scripting language as well as XAMPP as the database for the system. Furthermore, for the system to run, a computer set was likewise used for the inputting of the necessary data. Nowadays, technology makes the world bigger and better because of its transcending level of high technology that helps the work easier, faster and provides productive processes.

And most educational Institutions, companies and/or any businesses specially are adapting the evolving technology. It makes them more competitive, more comparative and more productive.

As the technology nowadays rises the demand for faster transaction amongst us exists.
