Training is always given as the solution to safety performance issues, including fleet safety performance issues. Do you agree that training can solve all of your safety problems? Why, or why not?

I look at training as one of the most important ways to save safety performance issues. with that being said, training is only effective if it is good training and there is good buy in from top management down to the field level employee. I do not think training can solve all safety problems, but with a great safety culture where safety performance is viewed as a value and not a simple metric, and add great training to that culture and I think you are in a very good position to eliminate problems.
