In this world, there are good and bad managers. What’s more, since people started working, they have been complaining. For example, many people disagree about managers. Whereas some people will see a manager as good, others will not. There are two managers this essay will mention, but their names have been changed to protect their identities. Mike and Jake have different personalities. Mike is a good manager, but Jake is not. For this, people get to disagree because every person describes his manager, as he likes, not by works.

Who is interesting will see the truth here about how good and bad managers act.

First of all, Mike was a manager for an oil company. Working for an oil company is harmful to human health, according to health experts. Mike was working for ten years as a manager. He always rewards the hard workers by given them a vacation and extra money. Once, one of the employers of the company ask his manager to give him some days of to take his family in vacation outside the country and the manager said to him you are a hard worker and you deserve the whole week.

For example, while the manager was nice with him he also wants the manager to be happy by working harder. In addition, Mike gives the employers rest for their birthdays. Also, Mike always encourages the employers. By this way the employers will work more.

Also, Mike wasn’t written the employer names while they late because he knew that every person has circumstances.

That makes Mike a good manager and lovely by all the employers Next, Jake was bad manager with bad methods. The employers start to change their jobs because his behavior is bad. Everyone in the company heated Jake because his style and the method that he treat employers with. The employers were always works hard as possible as they can, but they always were surprised why the manager does not reward them for their works. Some of the employers get sad and unhappy because the way that Jake used to talk to them. There some of them wont loss their job because they have family’s and kids to feed them, but the new they cannot be patient anymore because Jake make employers get sad and angry. Also, he always suspends some employers from their salary without any reasons. Once, one of the employer check his salary but there is something strange, he saw his balance was deducted by his manager. Then, he went to the manager and asked him about the reasons that he made him to do it, but the manager did not answer him he just told him I am your manager and I do what I want. From that moment the employer was not working too much because he was knew that would not change anything. Inanition, Jake love to tortures the employers by doing too much work. Also, all employers were spoken about him and about how he treats them. After that the employers were not seen their family’s until the weekend and sometime Jake reserved them in the weekend without reason. Also, the employers cannot complain to anybody because he was the manager. Jake was not given any employers a rewards, such as money or days off to let the employers relax and encourage them to work hard. That what make Jake heated by everyone and he became an example of a bad manager.

In conclusion, all people wish to have a manager like Mike and like his equalities, but the truth a few of them like Mike and like his equalities. All humans new if they have great managers, they will have great jobs. The companies loss their employers because they have a managers acting like Jake. People assume if the company owners assign the right manager they will win. Perhaps the owners of the companies like the bad managers to not loss a lot of money by give them rewards or vacation, but the truth they make their money from the employers. For example, if the employers were happy the company will make a lot of money because the employers will work harder than they do often. Some of us predict that if the employers choose their manager they will like the work more because they knew the good person for this job, but also there is some bad employers they rather to choose their friends to steal money from the company or to let them do not work this is big problem that should all companies watch it and discover a solution as soon as possible before the time end.
