Along with this, healthcare organizations also arrange and develop different innovative programs to improve the learning styles of the leader and manager. In addition to this, healthcare organizations also provide different opportunities to the leaders and managers to increase their skills set in the healthcare environment. In the same way, healthcare organizations arrange different unique facilities for the development of an effective manager and leaders. Overall it can be said that, healthcare organizations plays various roles in making a leader or manger more effective (Daly, Speedy, & Jackson, 2014).
