Remember to provide the operational definition of outputs (tangible, and intangible) (using the text as the primary source) and at least one properly supported business example (from your area of expertise / experience or research).

Apply your analysis using the information we discussed in the second discussion question for week one. Focus on customers for your post, but do not forget to consider all stakeholders as you determine the best set of customers to analyze.
