The physical appearance is considered as one of the important aspects of our life. The person who has excellent physical appearance tends to be more sociable, they have the ability to do something and have friendly behaviour(Mahajan, 2007). She further states that the person who does not have social norms, social appearance and does not know the sense of grooming is referred as less energetic, unwilling to do something and not competent. Appearance is the best licence of an employee.

The employers also make their hiring decision based on their appearance. They want to know whether their employee has the knowledge of grooming and dressing or not. So, this research purposes to study the relationship between men’s physical attributes and their earnings. This literature consists the research on men’s earnings depends upon physical attributes like age, height, strength, race, etc. The main aim of this proposal is to make a research based on the particular given question. The starting of this research begins with the objectives of the project, followed by scope of the project.

The important aspects of the project is made on literature review section to make reader clear about the research and for researcher understanding ability. The conclusion section concludes with the summary of the research.

Objective

Appearance does matter a lot in our society. Those who knows the importance of attractiveness knows how to improve their appearance or looks. The employers measures different attributes of their employees such as their age, height, looks, how well he is nicely dressed, their way of talking.

Having good attributes for an employees is expected to make an excellent impression towards their employers. So , this research consists of certain objectives that is to be attained are as follows :-

The scope of this research mainly focus the physical attributes of men’s only. And, how their appearance lead them to earn more income. The research does not talk about the physical appearance of women so the research is not focused on women. This research provides importance only to men’s. This research also helps to find out the gap as an important part of the project.

This is an important part of the research. This part explains the whole background of the research. The relationship between men’s physical attributes and earnings is being explained relating to different objectives.

Physical attributes are the important characteristics of a person. It is a characteristics which can be easily recognized by others and instantly reachable to others. A person’s physical appearance could be explained in many ways. Different person has different height, age, body, shape. They also have their own styles of grooming and dressing, manners, colour, ways of talking. Different people have different thoughts because their way of thinking is different from each other. Nowadays, people are becoming concerned about judgement. They want to show their behaviour to other relating to the matter of physical appearance. They are misjudging other persons.

Everyone in his/her lifetime, everyone has been misjudged once by someone. People often get misjudged by their physical appearance and the one who misjudge others does not care whether the person take it seriously or gets hurt. For example, if a person is short by his/her height, other might call him dwarf or misjudge inappropriately because of his short height. Or, if a person does not know the sense of dressing or grooming, they might call him/her old fashioned. So , it is unfair to misjudge other without any reason and no body wants to get misjudged.
